Privacy
Which personal data the Wendelmaques website processes, for what purpose, for how long, and how you exercise your rights.
Who processes the data
The controller of the personal data processed on the Wendelmaques website is WRP Consultoria e Informática Ltda (Brazilian company registry CNPJ 66.300.125/0001-45), at R. Copaíba, Lote 01, Bloco B, Sala 408, Águas Claras, Brasília/DF, CEP 71919-540, Brazil. The channel for personal data matters is eu@wendelmaques.com. We answer by e-mail.
Data the website processes
- Contact: the name, the e-mail and the message that you write in the form.
- The optional fields of the form: company, role, sector, interest, timeline and challenge.
- You can send audio and provide a WhatsApp number for replies. The microphone starts only after your click and permission. Audio stays in your browser until Send. It then goes to our mailbox as an attachment. We do not transcribe it.
- Use Google fills your name and e-mail and signs you into the account. The account policy is at /en/conta/privacidade/. A typed name and e-mail start only a visitor session. They do not verify an address or change an existing account.
- Your written draft stays in local storage until delivery. Audio stays in memory and is discarded when the page reloads. A visitor session uses a cookie on this domain for up to 180 days. The cookie contains no name or e-mail.
- E-mail subscription: the address and language of whoever subscribes, to send the summary of new news and alerts. The address is stored encrypted and read only when sending.
- The message also carries the page you wrote from, the language of your browser and the network (IP) address it came from.
- Visit measurement: a random identifier for this browser, page views and clicks on controls. These events contain no IP, e-mail, page content or typed text.
- Google Analytics 4: when configured, receives pages and actions from our server.
- Server records: IP address, date and time, the page requested and the browser, as on every web server.
Purposes and legal basis
- To answer your contact and prepare a proposal, at your request: steps before a contract (LGPD, article 7, V).
- To protect the website and the form from abuse: legitimate interest (LGPD, article 7, IX).
- To measure how the website is used and improve its content, with no advertising profile: legitimate interest (LGPD, article 7, IX).
- Send the summary of new news and alerts to whoever subscribed: consent, given by confirming the link sent by e-mail (LGPD, art. 7, I). Every e-mail has a one-click unsubscribe.
For how long
- The subscription address is kept until you unsubscribe. When you do, the address is erased and only an identifier without the address remains, so sending never resumes to you.
- Contact messages stay in the controller's mailbox while the conversation and the business relationship last. You can ask for deletion at any time.
- Visit steps stay up to 7 days on the website server. The summary kept for analysis, without IP, stays on our data server.
- Google Analytics keeps events for the retention period set in the property.
- Web server records are deleted within 15 days.
Where the data goes
- We operate the servers that run the website and the mail server that receives the contact.
- Cloudflare provides only the DNS of the domain.
- When configured, Google receives events from our server. Your browser does not load the Google library. Advertising features stay off.
- The fonts, styles and libraries of the page come from the website's own domain.
- We do not sell personal data or share it for advertising.
- Amazon Web Services (SES) delivers the subscription e-mails and receives each person's address only for that delivery.
Cookies and browser storage
- The theme and the language you choose stay in the browser's local storage.
- The identifier of the visit measurement also stays in local storage. With Global Privacy Control or "Do Not Track" on, it is not kept.
- Our Google Analytics integration does not set Google cookies in your browser.
- There is no advertising cookie and no cross-site tracking.
Your rights
The Brazilian data protection law (LGPD, Law 13,709/2018, article 18) gives you the right to confirm the processing and to access, correct, anonymize, block, delete or move your data to another provider, and to know with whom we share it. To ask, write to eu@wendelmaques.com. We answer within 15 days. Where the GDPR applies, it also applies here. You can also complain to the Brazilian data protection authority (ANPD).
